Terms and Conditions – KingExch

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of KingExch services, operated at kingexch.xyz (“we,” “us,” “our”). By contacting KingExch via WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or our website to request a Kings ID or any related service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use KingExch services.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use KingExch services. This requirement applies regardless of the laws in your specific location. By requesting a Kings ID, you confirm that you meet this age threshold.

KingExch reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be handled in accordance with our Responsible Gaming Policy.

1.2 Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for verifying that online betting is permitted in your jurisdiction before using KingExch services. Laws governing online gambling vary across Indian states and internationally. KingExch does not provide legal advice. Accessing our services from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited is done at your own risk.

1.3 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted one Kings ID account with KingExch. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, circumvent limits, or exploit promotions is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. Duplicate accounts will be identified and merged or closed without prior notice.

2. Our Services

2.1 What KingExch Provides

KingExch is a betting ID provider. We create and activate verified accounts on licensed online exchange and sports betting platforms — including Sikander Exchange, King Exchange, K Exchange, and partner casino platforms — on behalf of users who contact us directly.

KingExch is not a betting platform. We do not accept bets, hold betting funds, or determine odds. All betting activity takes place on the third-party platforms your Kings ID provides access to.

2.2 Platform Access

The platforms available through a Kings ID are subject to change. KingExch does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific platform. If a platform becomes unavailable, we will work to provide an alternative where possible.

2.3 Service Availability

KingExch aims to provide Kings ID activation within 2 minutes of deposit confirmation during normal operating hours. During periods of exceptionally high demand — such as major IPL match days or ICC finals — activation may take slightly longer. We do not guarantee specific response times during force majeure events or technical outages beyond our control.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and truthful information when requesting a Kings ID. Providing false details — including a name, age, or phone number that is not yours — is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

3.2 Credential Security

Your Kings ID username and password are delivered to your registered WhatsApp number. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including people who claim to represent KingExch. Our support team will never ask for your password.

If you suspect your credentials have been compromised, contact KingExch on WhatsApp immediately. We will deactivate your current ID and issue replacement credentials.

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place through your Kings ID, including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. KingExch is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit to activate a Kings ID is ₹100. This amount is subject to change and will be communicated to you at the time of registration.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

KingExch accepts deposits via:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
  • Net Banking
  • Debit and credit cards
  • Bank transfer
  • USDT (cryptocurrency)

4.3 Deposit Confirmation

Your Kings ID will be activated after deposit confirmation. KingExch is not responsible for delays caused by payment processor issues, bank holds, or incorrect payment references provided by the user. If your deposit does not reflect within a reasonable time, contact support on WhatsApp with your transaction reference.

4.4 No Refunds on Activated IDs

Once your Kings ID has been activated and credentials delivered, the activation deposit is non-refundable. If you experience issues with your ID after activation, contact support for resolution rather than initiating a payment dispute.

4.5 Disputed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting KingExch support constitutes a breach of these Terms. Users who file unauthorized chargebacks will have their accounts suspended pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals from your betting platform balance are processed by the platform operator, not by KingExch directly. KingExch facilitates withdrawal requests and follows up with the platform on your behalf where needed.

5.2 Withdrawal Timelines

Most withdrawals complete within 5–10 minutes. Larger amounts may require KYC verification by the platform operator before release. KingExch does not control platform-side processing times but will advocate for timely resolution if delays occur.

5.3 KYC Requirements

Platform operators may request identity verification documents (Aadhaar, PAN card) before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a platform-level requirement, not a KingExch policy. We will help you navigate the KYC process if needed.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses offered by KingExch — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and referral rewards — are subject to specific eligibility conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. Bonuses are available to one account per user, per household, and per device.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other means constitutes bonus abuse and is a breach of these Terms. KingExch reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts where abuse is identified.

6.3 Bonus Modification

KingExch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Active bonus conditions in place at the time of your deposit will be honored.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited when using KingExch services:

  • Providing false or misleading information during registration.
  • Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
  • Using KingExch services if you are under 18 years of age.
  • Accessing KingExch services from a jurisdiction where online betting is illegal.
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with KingExch or the platforms your ID accesses.
  • Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or market manipulation.
  • Attempting to defraud KingExch or its platform partners through chargebacks, false claims, or any other means.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing KingExch support staff.

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate account suspension, ID deactivation, forfeiture of bonus balances, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on kingexch.xyz — including text, design, logos, and structure — is the intellectual property of KingExch. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any part of this website for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

KingExch does not claim ownership over the trademarks or brand names of third-party platforms such as Sikander Exchange, King Exchange, or K Exchange. These are referenced for descriptive purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Performance

KingExch is not responsible for the performance, uptime, odds, or payout decisions of the third-party betting platforms your Kings ID provides access to. Any disputes related to bet outcomes, market suspensions, or platform errors must be directed to the platform operator.

9.2 Betting Losses

KingExch accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through betting activity on any platform accessed via your Kings ID. Betting involves inherent financial risk, and all losses are your sole responsibility.

9.3 Service Interruptions

KingExch will not be liable for service delays or interruptions caused by technical failures, payment processor outages, or events outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service and communicate updates via WhatsApp.

9.4 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KingExch’s total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the amount you deposited with KingExch in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

By using KingExch services, you confirm that you are not currently under a self-exclusion order on any betting platform and that you are not accessing our services in violation of any self-imposed or operator-imposed restriction.

12. Amendments to These Terms

KingExch reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of KingExch services after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users via WhatsApp before the changes take effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of KingExch services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.
